Competition Date: 13th Oct

Entries Close: 2nd Oct 11:59pm (to facilitate entries, Skerries A.C. close three days earlier at 1pm)

Location: Sports Ireland Campus, Abbotstown

Athletes may move up one age group only, U10 may run U11 Cross Country. Note: at least two athletes in a relay team have to be the correct age i.e. there has to be at least two U11s in a U11 Relay team.

1 sub per Inter club relay team

2 sub`s per mixed relay team

Mixed Relay: 2 girls and 2 boys, may run in any order, 2 Sub cannot be of same gender.

An athlete can only take part in ONE relay team on the day.

First three teams receive medals;

Inter Club: a sub (one) must be declared and present on the day to receive medal.

Mixed Relay: Both subs must be declared and present on the day to receive their medals.

Club singlets and appropriate footwear must be worn.

There will be a 20m changeover zone with the passing of a baton.
