Juvenile Membership

Notes on the waiting list: The waiting list is processed based on when added the athlete was added to the list and if the parent will coach. As we are constrained by the number of Indoor coaches available, there is currently a waiting period of about two or three years for 8 and 9 year olds. Older ages ( Cadets, Academy, Endurance, Sprint) usually progress through the waiting list within a few months. Once you have been informed that you passed the waiting list, you have the option of doing a “try-a-session” before paying membership.

Membership

Please choose one of the following options for renewal or for new members:

  1. All existing members will receive an e-mail to register in late November.  Alternatively, If you know your Athletics Ireland registration details, you can use the following link: Renew your membership
  2. If you or your family have not registered with Athletics Ireland, please click the following link: Register with Athletics Ireland.  The Skerries AC Register Admin will review/approve the membership request, and then you can make the payment.
  3. If you encounter difficulty, please email us on skerriesacregister@gmail.com

The AAI Insurance fees for 2025 Juvenile Membership is €21.50 (was 15 euro in 2024)

Annual Juvenile Membership Fees for 2025 (including AAI Insurance)

€105 – 1 child in family

€185 – 2 children in family

€245 – 3 or more children in family

***It is also important that you let us know if you no longer wish for your child to remain a member of the club. If we have not received completed registration forms and subscriptions by the deadline, we will assume your child no longer wishes to continue as a member and their place will be offered to the next person on the Waiting List.  As we have an extensive waiting list, we would appreciate early communication if your child is not returning.
