A sunny though at times blustery evening at Santry. Lottie and Kerrie in the 1500 metres and Ruby there for support. Also warmed the girls up! I was an “official” so on the inside of the track cheering our girls on , totally unbiased of course. They ran the U16 U17 together. Pack of about 10 first 2 laps and then Lottie decided to take it on just before the bell. Worked hard but pipped round the last bend. Tells me felt relaxed and had a bit in the tank so why not! Kerrie also ran well and was strong throughout the race. So off to the nationals (twice) in July we go! And no Kevin I didnt get her time! I cant multi-task! (By Greg)
