Club team managers should make any amendments and declare their club teams no later than 1 hour in advance.

All athletes participating in a league will be awarded 10 points, the winner will receive 21 points, 2nd 19, 3rd 18 down to 1 point for 20th.
Awards will be made to the top six in each age group after the points are accumulated on completion of the 3 league competitions
Athletes MUST compete in a minimum of 2 league races to be eligible for an award
Alternative parking may be found in nearby industrial estates/business parks e.g. Gulliver’s Retail Park.

The Dublin U18 girls and boys races will be incorporated in the Autumn Open Junior races Junior Women 4.5K and Junior Men 6K.
Mixed Relays: – Must have 2 girls and 2 boys – If replacing a runner with a sub it must be with the same gender Run in any order – Athletes can only be entered in one relay on the day, so if you have runners on an U11 or U13 relay, he or she can’t be entered on the U12 or U14 mixed relay.
RELAY COMPETITION GUIDELINES
Athletes may move up one age group only, U10 may run U11 Cross Country.
1 sub per Inter club relay team
2 sub`s per mixed relay team
Mixed Relay: 2 girls and 2 boys, may run in any order, 2 Sub cannot be of same gender.
An athlete can only take part in ONE relay team on the day.
First three teams receive medals;
Inter Club: a sub (one) must be declared and present on the day to receive medal.
Mixed Relay: Both subs must be declared and present on the day to receive their medals.
Club singlets and appropriate footwear must be worn.
There will be a 20m changeover zone with the passing of a baton.
