Leinster Schools Track & Field Championships
Great peformances once again by Skerries athletes at todays Leinster Schools Track & Field Championships. A solid performance from Isabel Carron in the Inter Girls 3000mtrs taking the Leinster title in a new PB 10.18. Rhona Pierce finished 3rd in the Inter Girls 1500mtrs in a tactically run race. Eryn Devine finishing in 6th place in the same race. Orla Bollard featured strongly in the Senior Girls 3000mtrs and was unlucky to finish in 4th place, just missing out on qualification for the All-Ireland Schools. Isabel and Rhona will now go forward to the All-Ireland Schools finals in Tullamore on May 31st.

East Leinster Schools qualifiers
Congratulations to Daniel Kelly (CUS) who was 3rd in Senior Boys 5000mtrs at the East Leinster Schools qualifiers last week. Daniel will now contest the Leinster Schools Championships on the 17th May.
